Thank you for your interest in free meal delivery on New Year’s Eve for senior citizens in the 19th Ward. Registration is now closed.

On Saturday, December 31, the 19th Ward will deliver 250 free, individually-packaged, ready-to-heat servings of Swanson’s Chicken Tetrazzini to local residents 65 and older. Orders are limited to one lunch per resident, with a maximum of 2 per household. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to senior living communities at this time.

Community volunteers will begin making no-contact meal deliveries after 12:00 pm on New Year’s Eve.

This New Year’s Eve meal distribution is offered by Alderman Matt O’Shea, Senator Bill Cunningham, and Representative Fran Hurley. Happy New Year!
